Associate Professor
Samia Dabbou is a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, graduated from the Monastir Institute of Biotechnologie (Tunisie). She is a associate professor in biochemistry at the University of Monastir, Faculty of Dental Medicine of Monasttir (FMDM), a research member of the research unit “Bioactive and Natural Substances and Biotechnology UR17ES49”.
She has been the coordinator of several national and international research programmes and projects that have been the subject of several scientific publications published in impact-factor journals. The valorization of bioactive molecules and their biological activities are its primary research areas. She is a guest editor at the mdpi Food journal. She holds Certificates of Complementary Studies (CEC) in Health Sciences Pedagogy as well as in Digital Pedagogics.
She attended several training courses and followed several MOOCs in relations with pedagogics and pedagogical engineering. She was a tutor at the virtual university of Tunis. She is the coordinator of the CEC “Information and Communication Technology in the Service of University Pedagogy” and the online teaching coordinator at the FMDM. She is an expert trainer in online teaching at the University of Monastir. His research has also focused on pedagogical methods and means. She has led numerous projects dealing with these issues.
